Why We Give

We desire to be generous, because generosity is the way of those who call Christ their Lord. We believe generosity is a distinct trait of believers in Christ, and Scripture points to this! Our hope at TVC is that through our generous giving, we show what Christ is like to all the world.

6 “The person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously will also reap generously. 7 Each person should do as he has decided in his heart—not reluctantly or out of compulsion, since God loves a cheerful giver.”

Our Giving Accountability

Knowing that God wants us to be faithful stewards of the generous gifts we receive, we prioritize accountability and transparency in our finances.

Our leadership reviews monthly financial statements to direct the mission of our church, and our finances are audited annually by an independent third-party. Four years of audited financials are posted on our website.

We are a member of ECFA and abide by their Seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship. Each year, an annual budget is presented to members for feedback and approval.
