When Clayton’s cousin shared the gospel with him as an adult and he began attending The Village, it was a complete change in the life he had been living. Not growing up in a Christian home, Clayton knew things in his life were wrong, but he didn’t know how to fix them. His own efforts to do so were such failures that he lost all hope in life. Realizing the truth of the gospel gave him new hope in the Lord. He acknowledges the continued struggle of battling sin and learning how to live life for Christ, and he trusts the Lord to continue to sanctify him.
