TVC Responsibilities:
I help grow the culture of prayer in our church through facilitating and supporting intercessory prayer spaces and encouraging the church body toward greater dependence on the Lord through the power of intercession.

When and how did the Lord save you?
I really can’t remember a time in my life when I didn’t love the Lord, but I can point to a day when I was 8 when the reality of my sin suddenly carried great weight, and the offer of forgiveness, love, and relationship with Jesus through His blood was overwhelming. He is still my greatest love and joy. There have been several defining moments in my life, of both great pain and incredible joy, and Jesus continues to show me that His blood is still sufficient and He is my treasure.

When did you come to TVC and what brought you here?
My family came to TVC in 2015 after we moved here for my husband’s job.

If you had to give a TED Talk, what subject would you choose to speak on, and why?
The power of contending in prayer. I have seen the Lord move mountains of my own unbelief and hard-heartedness. I have seen Him expose sin and soften hearts, and I have seen Him break strongholds to bring restoration and healing through the power of contending in prayer.

If you were to have your childhood dream job, what would your job be?
A professional food taster and critic
