Team members will greet families and assist during check-in. During rotations, they will assist leaders & children with directions, questions and connect with 1st aid when needed. Team members will work together to prepare and organize volunteer snacks each day. They will assume responsibility for cleanup of the space daily and at the end of the week. At the end of VBS each day, they will help direct parents and facilitate traffic flow during pick-up times.

Team members will help plan and execute decorations for the lobby, rotation areas, and the worship center. Some team members may be assigned projects to prepare in the weeks leading up to VBS. The decorations team will be responsible for decorating the church the week prior to VBS (as available June 5-8) and for overseeing tear down post-VBS.

Team members will serve the children (Birth-5 year old) of our VBS volunteers by serving in a variety of ways in Little Village.

Team members will assist with the missions lesson and activities.

Team members will help lead the recreation rotation of VBS. Rec volunteers facilitate games in the parking lot each morning and oversee the children so their small group leaders can take a break. They will assume responsibility for setup and cleanup of the space daily and at the end of the week.

Small Group Leaders will be responsible for facilitating an opening activity at the beginning of each day, facilitating small group discussion after large group teaching time, and taking their groups to each of the VBS rotations throughout the church campus. Most leaders will have helpers, and together they will disciple 10-12 children by building relationships with them during VBS.

Team members will work together to prepare, organize and distribute the snacks for each day. They will assume responsibility for cleanup of the space daily and at the end of the week. Snack volunteers should plan to participate in preparing and organizing prior to VBS if available.
