Role

The Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting the mission of the Care Department: To provide a Christ-centered refuge of transformation, hope, and support. The Care Coordinator is responsible for department logistics and administrative support for Marriage Care and Disability Care.

Responsibilities

  • Process, match, and track premarital mentoring applications and Re-Engage applications.
  • Help create, monitor, and coordinate processes for the Disability Ministry, including intake forms and event coordination.
  • Help build the processes for the future comprehensive Marriage Ministry.
  • Recruit and coordinate a volunteer base to assist in the vision of Marriage and Disability Care.
  • Plan and execute catalytic and training events for all four departments of Care.
