Good Friday and Easter Services

Easter weekend is approaching, and we hope you will join us for our Good Friday and Easter services. Our Good Friday service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on April 7 and is intentionally somber, as we are reminded of the great sacrifice Christ made for us. TVC Childcare will be available by registration for birth–K. Childcare registration opens at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 2. The service will also be livestreamed.

We will then celebrate His glorious resurrection at our Easter services on Sunday. Easter services will be held at 7 a.m., 9 a.m., and 11 a.m., with regular kids programming at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Please note that Little Village and Kids Village programming will not be available at our 7 a.m. Easter service. LV and KV registration is required for the 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. services and opens at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 6. The 11 a.m. service will be livestreamed as usual. In addition, we will have overflow space at the Highland Village campus at 9:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.

“Faith Defended” Forum

Join us May 11, 7 p.m. – 9 p.m., in the FM Worship Center for this forum on religious freedom. Kristen Waggoner, General Counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom who represented Masterpiece Cakeshop in the Supreme Court case Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission, will teach on when to take a stand and how to defend our Christian convictions. This forum is open to everyone, and we encourage you to invite your friends and family. Learn more.

Young Adults Retreat

Join us May 19–21 at Lakeview Event & Retreat Center in Waxahachie, Texas for our Young Adult Retreat. This year, we will hear from guest speaker Jamin Roller and worship with Daniel Clay. The weekend will include worship, teaching sessions, small group discussions, prayer, free time, recreational activities, and a theme night Saturday evening. This retreat is partnered with Eastside Community Church Young Adults. Learn more and register today!

Serve at TVC — Volunteer for VBS

When you serve the church, you are directly participating in the work the Lord has given to The Village Church. One upcoming way you can serve is at our upcoming VBS on June 12–15. We need you to create a great week for our kiddos. There are plenty of ways for you to jump in by helping with decoration, connection, crafts, snacks, recreation, missions, or leading a small group. Volunteer registration opens March 26.
